• ​We engage with your local permitting bodies to ensure code compliance and safety as well as providing the benefit of having a third-party engagement on project oversight.

• Work closely with the client to understand the impact to business, while laying out a project plan that meets the needs of the client’s timeline

• Our employees & sub-contractors are vetted, trusted, and experienced.

​

• All Technicians required to carry their own insurance in addition to ours.

​

• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Glass Work are executed by licensed/Master Tradesmen.

• Carpentry and other trades are executed by vetted and experienced craftsman.

​

• All work is inspected by the TSMG project management team and/or local authorities when permitting is required.

​​

• TSMG, LLC utilizes Xactimate and/or Symbility to develop estimates and work orders to provide the homeowner with the highest level of detail and a reasonable audit trail to check and inspect the standard of work that our technicians are delivering to our clients.
