In addition to our corporate coverage, subcontractors working under our purview are required to maintain both General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance so as to add and additional layer of protection for our clients.

From the Secretary of State’s Website: In the State of Georgia, any project that exceeds the amount of $2,500.00 requires the general contractor to be a licensed contractor. Thus, whenever a building is built or an existing structure is remodeled, owners and property developers need to hire a prime contractor who holds a Georgia State License.
