Founder & CEO
Ms. Dobbs is a licensed CPA and General Contractor for both residential and commercial structures. She holds a Master’s in Accountancy and an MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Economics.
Prior to acquiring TSMG, LLC, she served as Chief Financial Officer for one of the largest property management firms in North Georgia, overseeing more than $100 million in assets.
With over 25 years of experience across mechanical, residential, and commercial construction, Ms. Dobbs brings a disciplined, financial-first approach to project execution—ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance at every stage. In addition to her role at TSMG, she oversees the operations of A.L. Dobbs, a North Georgia accounting firm supporting construction-focused clients.
